Terms of Service

Kurusa Labs provides professional web design, frontend/backend development, digital strategy, and scalable web application solutions. The specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements for any project will be clearly defined in a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice agreed upon by both parties before development commences.

Any requests outside the scope of the original SOW will be considered "Scope Creep" and will be subject to additional estimates, timelines, and billing at our standard hourly rate.

• Payment Structure: We typically require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit to schedule and commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before the final code handover or deployment.
• Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
• Hosting & Subscriptions: Clients are responsible for ongoing costs related to third-party services, domains, hosting (e.g., Vercel, AWS), and SaaS subscriptions used in the final product.

Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment, you obtain full ownership of the final code, visual assets, and delivered product specifically created for you.

Agency Rights: Kurusa Labs retains the right to display the final work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement. We also retain ownership of pre-existing proprietary code snippets, libraries, or frameworks we utilize to build your product, granting you a non-exclusive license to use them within the delivered product.

To ensure we meet our fast build times and quality standards, you agree to provide necessary text, images, brand assets, and feedback within the timelines discussed. Significant delays (exceeding 14 days) in providing required materials or feedback may result in project suspension, rescheduling, and revised delivery dates.

Kurusa Labs adheres to industry-standard best practices to deliver secure, high-performance digital products. However, our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited strictly to the total amount paid by you for the specific project.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data loss due to third-party hosting failures, server outages, hacks, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services or products.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
